The second round of Office InterActors courses is scheduled to take place in much the same way as the first, but with some differences.

Just as before, the partners will consult with supporting beneficiary organizations and employers previously engaged in the pilot round, inviting them to recommend and/or appoint other end-beneficiaries to participate in the courses based on a profiling of skills and competences. The difference this time is that this extended partnership will push towards achieving a multiplying effect when making the choice of participants.

Also, this second round will take place after the Office InterActors integrated training and international conference, which may lead to the identification and involvement of new groups of beneficiaries from other institutions and/or countries.

As much as possible, the partners delivering the courses will meet with  newly recruited participants and form more groups. The scenarios will require some adjustments at this point, to accommodate the new coordinates.
